  • Why do I have to register a new account?

On June 9th, 2021, we are transitioning to the new MyUBAMBoutique website platform and so you will need to create a new account. Once created, you will be able to properly receive order confirmations, track shipments, and view order history. We request that you register a new account in the "Account" tab.

  • Why does my username and password not work?

First time visitors to myubamboutique.com must create an account by clicking on the "Account" tab. Your Usborne Books & More credentials do not transfer over to this store. However, it is recommended that you use the same password.

  • How do I reset my password?

You can reset you password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the account sign page. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • Billing- who is UBAM Support Team?

Sales made through myUBAMboutique.com are managed by 3rd party named UBAM Boutique Support. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your purchase and will appear on your statement as  MyUBAMBoutique. Normal turnaround time is 24 hours before your items ship. Please be aware there will be extended turnaround times during Convention week.

  • Where do I buy books?

Usborne and Kane Miller books cannot be purchased at this location. The UBAM Boutique provides branded apparel and accessories for UBAM Consultants and fans. Consultants may place those orders through their back office.

  • Return Policy

We will happily return or exchange any items that you are unhappy with as long as the return is processed within 30 days of purchase. We will cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges if you receive an item that is defective or damaged. We will accept the return or exchange but you will need to cover the shipping costs if you are returning because of fit.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you wish to return or exchange a product, packing slip must be included. We recommend you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. UBAM Support Team is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. To expedite the return or exchange process, we recommend that you send an email to support@myubamboutique.com with the details of your return or exchange. After that please ship return to:

  • Where can I find how the item fits?

Individual size charts can be found on each apparel items page. Click "Size Chart" underneath the image to see accurate sizing information.

The Usborne Books & More Home Office will not be able to offer assistance for orders placed with myubamboutique.com. If you need help with an order, receive an error message, or have questions about shipping or tracking, please email support@myubamboutique.com and someone will be in touch within 24 hours of normal business hours. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time.
