  • Do I need to create a new account?

If you previously had an account with myUBAM Boutique, you can use the same credentials for the PaperPie Shoppe.

  • Why does my username and password not work?

First time visitors must create an account by clicking on the "Account" tab. Your PaperPie credentials do not transfer over to this store. However, it is recommended that you use the same password.

  • How do I reset my password?

You can reset you password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the account sign page. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • Billing- who is PaperPie Shoppe Support Team?

Sales made through paperpieshoppe.com are managed by 3rd party named PaperPie Shoppe Boutique Support. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your purchase and will appear on your statement as  PaperPie Shoppe. Normal turnaround time is 24 hours before your items ship. Please be aware there will be extended turnaround times during Convention week.

  • Where do I buy books?

Usborne and Kane Miller books cannot be purchased at this location. The PaperPie Shoppe provides branded apparel and accessories. Consultants may place those orders through their back office.

  • Return Policy

We will happily return or exchange any items that you are unhappy with as long as the return is processed within 30 days of purchase. We will cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges if you receive an item that is defective or damaged. We will accept the return or exchange but you will need to cover the shipping costs if you are returning because of fit.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you wish to return or exchange a product, packing slip must be included. We recommend you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. This location can not process book returns. PaperPie Shoppe Support Team is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. To expedite the return or exchange process, we recommend that you send an email to  with the details of your return or exchange.  After that please ship return to:

  • Where can I find how the item fits?

Individual size charts can be found on each apparel items page. Click "Size Chart" underneath the image to see accurate sizing information.

  • General Help

The PaperPie Home Office will not be able to offer assistance for orders placed with paperpieshoppe.com. If you need help with an order, receive an error message, or have questions about shipping or tracking, please email and someone will be in touch within 24 hours of normal business hours. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time.
